Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Integrated Electronics. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our Returns and Exchanges Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning or exchanging items purchased from our website.

1. Return and Exchange Requests

- Send us an email at store@ie-systems.com.

2. Return Eligibility

- You have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

- Software, licensing, and some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as batteries cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

3. Exchanges

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at store@ie-systems.com.

4. Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within thirty (30) days.

5. Shipping Returns

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Restocking Fee

- A restocking fee may apply to some returns. This will be deducted from your refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

8. International Returns

- For international returns, the customer will be responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to the return.
